The novel --THE WAY IRELAND OUGHT TO BE-- is a fiction derived from the author's composite life experiences. The novel relates Dr Quinn's struggle in a psychiatric clinic to discover his true self and his true identity as an Irishman. In this struggle he creates the NATIONAL GOVERNMENT OF IRELAND ACT as the solution to the Irish problem.The novel is a companion to this series of articles in this Blog and is recommended reading.
